     I have been working in the public service industry for 30 years which is one of the reasons I feel uniquely qualified to address your real estate situation.  I pride myself on hard work, fact-based information and mediating buyers and sellers concerns.

     First licensed to sell Real Estate in 1989, I worked for Kirkbrae Developement of Lincoln, RI, serving clients who had a desire to sell, buy or invest in homes, condominiums or land.  I joined Keller Williams Realty in 2006, added Massachusetts to my coverage area and launched Paul Gagnon Realty.

     Serving the public in a different way as a Cumberland, RI,  Police Officer is where I honed my communication and mediation skills, retiring after 20 years of service. During that time I served the citizens in my capacity as the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) Officer, Citizen Police Academy Co-ordinator, Crime Scene Detective and Patrol Supervisor.

     As an Assistant Coach for the Cumberland Youth Soccer Association and Mercy Mount Country Day School, I enhanced my patience and listening skills.   As Past President and Past Treasurer of the Cumberland-Lincoln Boys and Girls Club, I developed my business and networking skills.
